KredReport - Refund Policy

1. What You Are Paying For

Each credit report lookup costs ₹99 (inclusive of GST). The charge covers the instant delivery of a single credit report fetched from the bureau. This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Non-Refundable After Delivery

The ₹99 service charge is non-refundable once a report has been successfully delivered. This applies regardless of the contents of the report or of any decision taken on the basis of it.

3. When a Refund Applies

If a report could not be fetched for valid reasons despite correct input data, you may request a refund. The request must be sent by email from your registered email ID within 7 days of the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

Write to contact@kredreport.com from your registered email ID with the transaction details and the reason for the request.

5. Processing Time

Verified refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days to the original payment method, and the corresponding invoice will be cancelled.

6. Incorrect Input Data

The customer details entered must be accurate and match those used in the customer's bank loan applications. Any incorrect data entered by the user that results in report errors or a "report not found" outcome remains the user's responsibility, and the charge for that lookup is not refundable.

7. Disputes About Report Contents

A refund is not available for disagreement with the contents of a delivered report. KredReport delivers reports exactly as provided by the bureau, without alterations. If a customer notices inaccuracies, the dispute must be raised directly with the respective credit bureau, which will verify and update the report within approximately 30 days.
